China Sourcing Process

From Requirement to Delivery

Eight defined steps between the product in your head and the cargo in your warehouse — each one with a clear owner, a clear output and nothing left to assumption.

How It Works

A Process Designed to Remove Surprises

Most import problems can be traced back to a step that was skipped — no written specification, no supplier check, no sample, no inspection. We run the same sequence on every order precisely so those gaps never open.

You stay involved at the decision points: which supplier, which sample, which price. We handle the coordination in between.

China Sourcing Process

From Requirement to Delivery

A structured eight-step process that keeps every order predictable — from the first specification to the moment the cargo reaches your warehouse.

01

Requirement

You share the product, target specification, quantity and budget. We confirm what is realistic before anything else starts.

02

Supplier Search

We search the relevant Chinese industrial clusters and shortlist suppliers that genuinely produce your category.

03

Supplier Verification

Shortlisted suppliers are checked for business documentation, production capability and responsiveness.

04

Price Negotiation

We negotiate unit price, MOQ, payment terms and lead time, then present a transparent comparison.

05

Sample

Samples are arranged and sent for your approval so the specification is agreed before mass production.

06

Quality Inspection

Production is checked against the approved sample, with photo and video reporting before dispatch.

07

Shipping

Cargo is consolidated and booked by sea or air, with documentation prepared for a smooth handover.

08

Delivery

We coordinate clearance support and final delivery so the goods reach your warehouse in Bangladesh.

Common Questions

What is the minimum order quantity you can work with?
MOQ is set by the manufacturer and varies widely by product — some categories start at a few hundred pieces, others at a full container. Share your product and target quantity and we will tell you honestly whether it is workable before you invest time in it.
How long does a typical sourcing cycle take?
Supplier shortlisting and quotation usually take a few working days. Sampling, production and shipping depend entirely on the product and shipping mode, and we give you an indicative timeline in writing with every quotation.
Can you help if I only have a product photo or a link?
Yes. A reference photo, a marketplace link or a physical sample is enough to start. We turn that into a written specification the factory can quote against.
Do you handle shipping and customs clearance?
We coordinate shipment booking, consolidation and documentation, and work alongside your clearing and forwarding agent in Bangladesh. If you do not have one, we can help you coordinate the process.
